Se retrouver is for anyone who is afraid to take off the mask and give themselves permission to finally be authentic. Afraid of what? Of what others will think? Of what they will say? My expertise
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, and my thesis focused on prevention related to intrafamilial homicide. I also have professional experience working with men in social reintegration programs, as well as five years in private practice supporting both men and women who have experienced various forms of suffering — people who:

My goal is to help people understand their lived experiences so they can develop the tools they need and reconnect with who they truly are.
I also believe it is essential to offer preventive educational services to raise awareness about toxic dynamics. This allows people to make informed decisions based on their well-being — rather than on fear (fear of disappointing others, fear of being single, fear of letting someone down, fear of judgment, and so on).
